The times of being a Fan on Facebook are gone. Facebook changed the functionality to “like”. All you can do now is like everything you… like. That’s the definition from the Facebook help center:
“Like” is a way to give positive feedback or connect with things you care about on Facebook. You can like content that your friends post or Pages that you want to connect with on Facebook.
